Thanks for the response but I would appreciate if you can shed some more light on the feedback. We do encourage employees to share genuine feedback about HE/posts on social media as an organization and also let us know on areas we need to work on priority. On back stabbing, favoritism, management issues, I would love to discuss with you and work on fixing things, if you can elaborate your feedback then it will really help us to improve ourselves. I assure that your feedback will be acted upon and we will put our best efforts to fix anything that is going wrong.
