The company is small, which allows their interns (I was an intern) to experience a variety tasks. They have some fantastic clients so interns get exposed to big up-and-coming designers. The staff and owner are easy to work with and understanding that people need a balance between their work and their personal lives. That makes it a very enjoyable place to work.
Cons
Since the company is so small, there are a million things to do and only so many people to do them. Sometimes small things can slip through the cracks until the last minute. But everything always gets done.
