Pros
Mostly laid back hybrid work environment. Good product to sell.
Cons
Cut throat "good ole boys' club" management. Too many sales rep in one market (over-hiring). Want you to build a market but zero support and no ability to service the clients efficiently. You can spend 4 months working on a big deal and then fired just as it closes so you get ZERO commission on it. Sales managers have their "favorites" who get all the leads but are masochistic with others and basically set them up to fail. Sales Manager also keeps all leads to himself and doesn't have enough skills to build market so they fire new sales reps instead. Now that they are somehow trying to go public, has become more of a toxic environment, especially for new markets in the west, unless you are a part of the "good ole boy's club".
