- Very modern and unique working place with great architecture - Interesting Projects, a lot of times on a global scale - Management open to new Ideas - Young colleagues from different backgrounds - In house Gym and sport fields on the campus - Good food - Big discounts on clothing
Cons
- Very little chances of getting into a higher position ( VP Marketing, Head of sponsoring, Head of Retail Marketing, Head of creative services ... all hold their position since 10 (!!!) years now ) - No career development structure at all. You only depend on good luck - Not very well paid - Depending on division - a lot of over hours ( unpaid ) - Location ! (Metzingen is in a tiny village). The next city, Stuttgart, is also nothing to write home about in terms of living quality ... - Supervisors don't behave very professional a lot of times
