Pros
This was a great company when mitty was there, that era has now gone as everyone will agree. I truly wish i had something positive to say but all i ever hear from present & former colleges is negative. Stabbing someone else in the back to get ahead then this is the company for you but not a career & thats a dam shame.
Cons
Just heard what happened in D.C, if that's not a RED FLAG management should be ashamed to treat employees this way who have given a lot to the company and to the health of their own, another true ASSET gone. Just someone looking from the outside so if i can see it so can other employees & customers, but then again as i said before family counts for everything. The atmosphere in the company now is so low with the YES people who should be saying something don't want to rock the boat or their position so to say, this would not have been tolerated previous years but then again if your not part of the wink/wink family & members club you will be used and abused. Don't listen to the BS there is no room for advancement even though you maybe told different from middle management
