Good work life balance and office culture.

Unstable market especially with clean energy.

Very interesting work and a lot of new challenges to solve. The people are great and there is a pretty good management team.

The tariffs have had a pretty big impact on us and the company has had to do some layoffs. I can't really fault the management though because it wasn't the type of shift that we could have predicted.
