All of the positive reviews are false statements written by the two partners and the client account manager trying to add positive feedback so the company does not look so bad. This place is filled with false hope, negativity, 100% commission paid to employees well after 90-100 days of making the placement, no benefits, sexual harassment, racism, degrading comments and total micro management and favoritism. They say come build your own practice but yet you must confirm to their style, recruit like a robot and lose your own recruiting style. So much emphasis is on reports, number of calls versus quality and connecting or recruiting with candidates that best suits your style and success. They claim they have so many jobs, but they are not all real or go on hold and they cannot keep administrative help up front for more than 4 months. If you ever want to feel stupid or like a loser it's a great demoralizing un-fun place to work.
