      Great company culture, work from home, friendly and helpful coworkers, take the time to train new employees so that they can learn as much as possible

      Some days the workload can be a lot, many high up employees work long hours

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
