Pros
Excellent work life balance. Great career prospects but you need to be proactive in this space. Speak up and let your manger know you are ambitious and use the HSBC tool available internally.
Cons
Such a big company that at times it is hard to work out which team you need to go to. It can take time to onboard new staff and to get full system access...don’t be put off by the length of time if takes. Once on-boarded fully you should have a more positive experience at the bank.
