good place to work, pleasent atmosphere, good in infrastructure, good in on the job training, excellent in providing materials which will be used while doing the job or learning any process
Cons
bad management, lack in understanding the problems of individual employee, not at all fair compensation and lack in leadership skills, not giving opportunity to provide what ideas juniors have in their mind for organization to grow, lack in commitment and goal achievement, communication gap bet ween higher management and juinor levels.
