      Pros

      Money. The only thing you can expect to get here is money. Even if it comes at the cost of your peace or safety

      Cons

      Internal policies are heavily biased. The work is extremely unorganised. In fact do not expect professionalism at all. No work life balance. Working till 2-3 AM is a daily routine in most departments. No safety for women. Make your own transport arrangements as their drivers are not decent men. People shout all the time. Foul language is used at work. High attrition seen due to the above Professionalism -0/10 Work life balance -1/10 Money -7/10 Promotion or growth -5/10 Office culture -1/10 Office facilities -2/10 Admin -0/10

      Good, smart colleagues in other offices.

      Cons

      At times, decisions appeared to prioritize individual objectives over team needs, which affected collaboration and morale. Greater consideration of team perspectives and shared goals would help build trust and engagement. I observed instances where expectations communicated to the team were not consistently reflected in leadership actions. Greater consistency between stated values and day-to-day decisions would strengthen credibility and confidence within the team.
