Little to no pros, with the exception of learning an application for HR that can be buggy. Pays on time if there is a pro list
Cons
List can be endless but main points (specific to project dept): - Horrible Management that lacks professionalism and integrity (CEO & CFO is aware but does nothing to effectively address situation) - Micro management to the fullest, if you have never experienced this before you will in this dept, and higher ups are not open to discussions/recommendations - Master and Slave mentality - Even though it is a HR company, do not expect HR business etiquette/policies or mannerisms - even though it is an IT company, do not expect progressive thinking (stuck with a 1990’s brick and mortar company approach) - VERY high turnover All in all, if you are looking for some sort of experience, and are very desperate, you can apply for temporary employment, if not, and you are a professional, move on to the next.
