They lack vision, morals, etiquette and they lie and have poor communication skills. Most of them don't even know how to use the application they are selling but chastise the staff who do and even overwork them. The term Manager is used very loosely as most "managers" are glorified calendar schedulers and record keepers. I can go on and on, but it was the worst decision of my life. The staff turnover is extremely high and the few that are there, sadly can't go anywhere else.
