Pros
1. If someone has a very low salary, they might consider joining, but keep in mind that layoffs can happen at any time. It's advisable to ask for three to four times your current salary before considering joining this organization. 2. If you want to stay long-term, make sure to appease the HR and Talent Acquisition Manager, as that is the only way to survive, even if you are not contributing significantly.
Cons
Never join this organization. It's one of the worst I have ever worked for. If you're working in an MNC, I strongly advise against joining this organization. There are many reasons not to join this organization; a few of them are listed below. 1. If you are a female associate, I strongly recommend not joining this organization, as the Talent Acquisition Manager may behave inappropriately toward you and make unwanted advances or comments. If you speak out against this behavior, you may be forced to leave the organization, as the HR and Talent Acquisition Manager tend to support each other in such situations. 2. The Talent Acquisition Manager allegedly harassed an intern during a team dinner, making inappropriate advances and suggesting she sleep with him in exchange for a permanent position. When she reported the incident, the HR team falsely accused her of trying to secure a permanent role and pressured her to stay silent. After a month, once the situation seemed to have settled, she was laid off. 3. Both the HR and Talent Acquisition Manager act as if they are infallible and believe they are doing an outstanding job. They don't come to the office on time, yet they expect every team member to be punctual. If you question them, your stay at the organization becomes uncertain. 4. One of our team members was laid off because the HR and Talent Acquisition Manager falsely accused the associate of speaking loudly during an HR meeting. As a result, a talented technical associate was unfairly dismissed. 5. There is no health insurance policy, and employees do not receive ID cards. 6. There is no appraisal cycle or promotion policy, and they do not provide any variable pay. Additionally, they can ask you to leave at any time, regardless of your performance or contributions to the organization. 7. There is no biometric system in place, so if the HR or Talent Acquisition Manager doesn't see you on a given day, it is assumed that you did not come to the office.
