      I enjoyed working with co workers but the management was horrible and there was not effective communication between anyone

      Pros

      - My schedule has been very flexible - My job has allowed me to travel without the amount being overwhelming. Management is very supportive of employee initiative and ambition.

      Cons

      - Training at this company is abysmal, mostly trail by fire where you are expected to figure it out. - You are hired at the market rate, there are yearly adjustments but your salary barely keeps up with the market. At 7 years in, new hires make about what I do. - Printers are not highly impactful and finding meaning in the work is difficult.
