      Pros

      Professional and very friendly people, great culture and values, a lot of career opportunities and room for advancement, good work/life balance opportunity, compensation and benefits are great.

      Cons

      Need for better communication from top-down, especially during work force reduction periods. Possibly offer a little more vacation or personal time off.

      Pros

      Very helpful, supportive, and hardworking colleagues despite management. Great pay and benefits in theory

      Cons

      Unclear strategy, compensation would be good if it matched the insane workload and pressure, layoffs always looming, cutthroat management, weird cult like behavior for C-suite, pressure and lowkey misery of colleagues actually sent me back to therapy
