Pros
HP treated me like a person, not a number. Lots of good people there. Good FTO benefits, schedule flexibility, etc.
Cons
Constant cycles of hiring / layoffs - maybe just a reality of the business world, but it's not great for morale. Lack of technical career path advancement opportunities beyond a certain point. Even if your skills stand out and your manager is pushing for a promotion, the stars must align for it to actually happen.
