Pros

Great pay and great benefits

Cons

HR loves to gossip about people to the point negative decisions are made by hiring managers FSQ Director hides in the office and does respond to on call phone calls FSQ Manager pawns off her work to the shift managers. Both use the shift managers as distractions to PLT for their failures. FSQ manger and Director removed a well liked highly skilled shift manager, whom was extremely dedicated to food safety and quality. Many PLT members are not qualified to do their job, manipulative of KPI by pawning off their crews responsibilities to the quality department, even though the SOPs clearly state they are supposed to do something. FSQ Manager and Director hold the FSQ to the 10,000 foot level of expectations were as hold the production and processing to a basement level

Pros

Working at HP Hood for a short of amount of time was a blessing in disguise. The interview was fairly simple, as it went from a phone call screening to then an interview with the head IT admin. Once there, they connect you with every team in the building to make sure that you're situated properly. The people in the office are great, as they'll go out of their way to converse with you and are inclusive on top. The culture and work are very manageable and not overbearing.

Cons

The only con I can say is that you have to be in office 5x a week.
