Great job that challenged me and helped make me who I am.

A number of changes in ownership occurred during my time there.

Never a boring day; you learn something new every day. Flexible schedule, telecommuting offered, pay has improved. It used to be terrible. Stress level is manageable.

Direction is uncertain. Been sold 3 times in 3 years. Now, the podcast business has been spun off. Senior management not sure what to do with the website.
