No work life balance (You're unwell. return to company asap else lose job) Unstable Leadership Decisions, the top management take major operational decisions and reverse their decisions within few days of the taking such decisions. Unanimous decisions are taken without taking the team into confidence. Employees are asked to resign mentioning reduction of head count and and once you resign a new person will be recruited as a replacement. No job security for female employees. 4 out of 10 female employees have been asked to resign in the last 3 months and operational management states that this is a requirement from headquarters to remove .
