      Tons of benefits, great sideways transfer opportunities, free technician training (worth $ks to non employees), flexible schedules and lots of PTO.

      Cons

      Minor cons, some say they don’t get paid enough, but with all the pros it’s hard to argue.

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
