      Pros

      My immediate team(excluding the area manager) were great. We all worked really well together and it was a great culture between us.

      Cons

      Discrimination was allowed by upper management. They knew certain clients were rejecting suitable candidates based on their ethnicity/health backgrounds and we were basically told we just had to deal with those clients as they brought in money or they were good friends of upper management. Blatant sexism and sexual harassment were allowed. Office staff were overworked, underpaid and not appreciated at all. Would be one of the worst places I have ever worked at in my recruitment career and I have worked at some of the top companies.

      Pros

      The company has a lot of contracts for big-name events around Melbourne & Metro area, so lots of opportunities for work. Pay rates are reasonable, albeit I had an issue with super payments to the correct account (took ages to resolve). Good adherence to WH&S principles. Local field supervisors are approachable & helpful.

      Cons

      There seems to be a high turnover of admin staff in recent years - which is never a good sign. Over the last few years something has changed with staff morale. Admin seem to be under pressure and often fail to follow up or make an effort to connect with field workers. Emails & phone calls/ voicemail are more often ignored than not. Zoom meetings seem to be just a show-front for their clients; promises aren't kept later on.
