Pros
Great people who want to do quality work. A lot of the staff people and project managers are very good at what they do, when they are allowed to do it.
Cons
Upper management has fostered a culture of "lying to itself" by forcing all forecasts to be overly positive. Then, when projects don't come in on those "blue sky" forecasts, everyone in project leadership takes a beating. Let's not talk about the stock price and ESOP performance over the last 3 years....
