Pros
Salary and benefits are excellent, but justify how they treat staff
Cons
Know that despite all the talk about "investing" in you, your department, new lines of business, long term growth, another 100 years...the second your utilization is off by a percent or two, there are calls being made and spreadsheets on the most "efficient" way to let you go. Horrible PMs whose projects did not make money were allowed to run free all over the country, spending both client and project money, resulting on a loss that will be magically covered bc they are part of the "good old boy's club".
