This company paid well, but I still made roughly $4-5,000 less than my male counter-part. They have a lot of good project and personal benefits. Flexible working hours at the beginning and end of the day.
Cons
I was paid less than all of my male co-workers. I was siloed on one project with a limited role for a very long time.
