there is a lot of experienced engineers here to gain some knowledge. The benefits are good. Some managers will give you the truth and not a cup of the company's kool-aid.
Cons
This company doesn't seen to care about it employees which is a employee owned company. as a engineering culture HNTB is very slow and behind the times. Seem to be focused on managing project then actually design and will sub out to teaming partners. no work share through the company, it is every office for itself. work work work TOJ!
