HNN has great company culture and benefits. We're building 3-5 new communities each year which opens up a lot of great opportunities for our teams to advance.

Cons

HNN is growing quickly and introducing better systems. This isn't necessarily a con, but can be difficult to keep up with.

Good staff,easy work, supply tools,no overtime,cool area

Cons

On call, desperate for workers, snowy season has lots of bursted water pipes at unfortunate times

Turnover, management, lack of training and support. Employees may be terminated with no clear communication, HR is unresponsive.
