There is enough opportunity to gain the needed experience on the job. You will acquire a lot of knowledge from working independently most of the time.
Cons
The employee structure is not well organised. There is no system for employee position upgrade. You can remain in the same category/position for whenever. This will have an impact on employees input and can result to issues relating to personnel motivation.
