      Pros

      Definitely a great stock portfolio, a 401k match, and teams were all-around nice people.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments, causing information silos, no room to grow into the next role (for marketers), no budgets to really scale YoY DTC Ecommerce revenue, and just very slow moving for growth marketing. Product got in the way, a lot.
