Consequently, turnover rates are relatively high, with employees leaving as soon as equal or better opportunities arise. • Managers are primarily responsible for ensuring heavy workloads are completed on time through frequent check-ins and reprimands when deadlines are missed. Management often emphasizes the need for stronger individual time management and prioritization skills. • Several Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, and Director-level roles are heavily focused on high-volume, routine tasks related to marketing, PMO, education, and event planning, leaving little time for strategic management and leadership initiatives. • The 401(k) plan offers a discretionary 3% match with full vesting over five years, which is modest compared to industry standards. • Salary ranges are positioned on the lower end of the market spectrum.

We are grateful that the average length of service at HMP Global is 6 years. Our turnover continues to decrease and is well below the national average for organizations our size, especially within our industry. We created 33 new jobs in 2024. We’ve already begun addressing your concerns by reviewing team responsibilities and resource allocation to ensure reasonable and manageable workloads. To foster a positive workplace culture, we seek input from our team through surveys and direct communication to understand their experiences, identify improvement areas, and enhance our retention strategies, including professional development opportunities, work-life balance initiatives, and recognition programs. We are dedicated to transparency about our progress in addressing these issues and welcome constructive dialogue with our employees to ensure we’re on the right path. We view this as an opportunity to grow stronger together. We are confident that by addressing these concerns head-on, we can create an environment where our team members feel supported and proud to be part of our organization. Pros

I recently rejoined HMP Global after spending time at another organization, and my experience throughout the process has reinforced why I originally enjoyed working here. The team culture is genuinely supportive, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork across departments. At HMP, I have experienced a positive and encouraging work environment, leadership that values employee wellness and growth, and a healthy work-life balance. I have personally found my colleagues to be both driven and approachable, which makes a huge difference in my day to day conversations. The one word I have used consistently to describe my career at HMP: Thriving!

* Strong team environment with supportive coworkers * Opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and technologies * Leadership that genuinely cares about employees * Fast-paced environment where you can learn and grow * Flexibility and trust given to employees * Company continues to evolve and invest in new ideas and technologies One thing I specifically wanted to mention about the leadership at HMP Global is our CEO. During a serious illness involving a close family member over the last two years, he personally called me almost every night for over a month to check on me, ask how my family member was doing, and offer advice, support, and solutions. That level of compassion and personal involvement is rare, especially in leadership roles. There’s always a story to tell behind a company and its culture, and moments like that say more to me than any corporate statement ever could.
