      You have the oppurtunity to go to different places and learn new trades.

      Very unstable and very horrible management. Owners at first seemed to care about their employees but now they only care about themselves.

      small family owned company in cypress, tx.

      Cons

      the family does not get along with each other. only one of the three has any business since, other two have no exp. in the oil & gas ind.
