6yThank you for your input. We appreciate you providing feedback regarding your experience and time spent with HMB. Culture is very important at HMB, so it is disheartening for us to hear your experience.
We regularly evaluate our structure and go-to-market strategies. It is critical to be well aligned with client needs and to strengthen our position as a trusted technology partner. We believe our company is on a continuous journey to improve and succeed for our customers. And, this creates opportunities for all HMBers to learn and develop new and exciting skills along the way. When we see that adjustments are needed, we act on them. Change isn’t always easy, but it is worth it in the long run.
We believe in input from all levels of the organization, and it is imperative that all of our employees feel appreciated. We have a collaborative environment where team members feel comfortable sharing thoughts, ideas, and how they feel about things. We’ve always believed that you win with people and we will never stray from that. We apologize if we fell short in this instance and we pledge to work harder in the future.
