Pros

Some of the people in the office are great, have similar like-able personalities, and are genuinely pleasurable to work/interact with. They're just now getting into using more Revit and departing more from AutoCAD.

Cons

The entire firm still isn't on the same page when it comes to using mostly Revit and pro-Revit advocates get unnecessary pushback (as if it were 2009) against using it when so many other firms have left AutoCAD and have fully utilized Revit years ago. Terrible and ignored arrogant/unprofessional/egotistical behaviors from management, inactive and useless HR, too much micromanagement on things that don't matter, will disregard and downplay years of previous experience in the field just because you haven't been at the firm the whole time, will deceptively falsely hire someone that has years of experience for a certain position just to be hired as an "intern" and will refer to you as an intern when your official job title that you actually took the job for is something else, gaslighting you when you bring up issues within the office, cultish/cliquey "culture," if you don't want to participate in all of the office festivities (which have no bearing on the job itself) for personal reasons then it's like you have two-heads, will tell you to be pro-active but will knock your attempts, will actually let go of someone within a couple weeks of them starting because he wanted to work from home to save gas because he lived so far, some managers will unprofessionally talk bad about people behind their backs either at work or outside of work at after-work gatherings, a REGISTERED architect left because she wasn't allowed to manage the projects she worked on and was insulted after she resigned behind her back by a male project manager I worked next to that said "who cares if she was licensed, she don't know shi-", HR will tell you they don't like "drama" but only says that to protect the company's interests because they don't address the core issues and operates deceptively, favoritism and kissing up is more important than shown skill and effort, and non-reciprocated respect and genuine friendliness from certain people for no reason. A total of 14 people left in a year-and-a-half timespan and the projects are slowing down. Not good.
