Pros

The company has an amazing product. There’s a lot of growth potential – both for the company and employees. The office culture leans more toward the social. Managers are nice enough. My starting salary was exceptional and only got better.

Cons

It’s a company for people who are looking for more work in their idea of “work-life balance.”

Pros

The biggest pro is that the CEO is open to employee feedback. He doesn’t take anything personally and instead uses everything we say and every suggestion we make to make the company that much better. I’ve only been here a year and I’ve already seen massive improvements.

Cons

Any negatives are immediately addressed by those in charge. Speak up and you won’t have any issues working here.

Pros

HJ3 is a dynamic, growing company with amazing employees, clients and vendors. Recently awarded two prestigous awards from Clean-Tech it is a company that has huge potential for growth and advancement for the right people. The right people have a positive attitude with a creative team spirit. The owner is putting together a group of people in all positions field techs, project managers, administrative staff, sales people and managers. Instead of a company that is down-sizing - this is a company that is actually growing! People who are hard-working, honest, positive and creative have an opportunity to help this wonderful company grow and expand - it is an awesome opportunity to be a part of such a team. It offers interns an opportunity to be mentored and have access to a job in their field of study, for entry level people it gives an opportunity to learn and grow, for experienced workers it provides an opportunity to teach and for managers it gives you an opportunity to be a part of a team that encourages collaborative team building. Being on this team provides me the opportunity to be a part of something very, very special and extraordinarily rare - participation in a company that is going very far, very fast.

Cons

I live on the Eastside so the commute is a little long.
