Pros
Great People to work with. Great company to start at if right out of College.
Cons
Lowballed pay as well as barely 2% raises Every year (some years were missed and "bonuses" given) simply hasn't kept up with inflation over the last 2 years. Opportunities to grow here are very limited and upward mobility really only happens in three ways, someone retires, someone dies, or someone leaves. Benefits are often touted as much better than other companies but they are middle of the road at best (with the exception of health insurance perhaps) If your desire is to actually improve things as most Industrial Engineers are trained to do be prepared for an uphill battle at HII often phrases have been thrown around such as "is it worth the fight?" , Or the classic "We've always done it this way" You will most likely be stuck doing one specific thing you learned in College briefly that isn't very challenging.
