Pros
The work-life balance is excellent 100% WFH since COVID started, but the physical Boston office is always accessible when we want to go in for a change of pace or to see coworkers in person Coworkers are kind, compassionate people who genuinely want to help our clients succeed, and have a great spirit of teamwork without egos. They're an absolute joy to work with Merit-based promotions were quick and timely but mine all happened before my company was bought out by HHA. I don't know if this is still the case today
Cons
The teams are small and there's not enough people to do all the work. Recent firings have made this even more difficult Zero transparency from high-level leadership is leaving everyone to try to guess at their intentions. Morale is plummeting. Salary is below market rate and pay increases are infrequent. A market rate adjustment earlier this year was delivered months late for a laughably small increase. There have been some one-off bonuses that help a bit, but total comp is still low
