Pros
When I entered HHAeXchange I came from a SUPER toxic company that caused me to have extreme anxiety every single day. Joining the sales team here, I can easily say, that there was not a day that went by that I felt stressed or micro managed. I was able to come into work, do my job, and create my own success. Also, the opportunity for this company is crazy! It’s such a growing industry that the sale is practically handed to you on a golden platter. The VP at this company, who also manages the sales team as well as marketing team, is beyond helpful. Anytime you have questions or need some guidance, he is very approachable and realistic. A huge thing he promotes here is a “work hard play hard" attitude. You can take your breaks throughout the day and even play ping pong! Also, there are monthly office happy hours and different types of outings. I can really go on and on…overall an amazing company.
Cons
I don't think that there are any major cons. I guess some advice is to take the training very seriously. This industry can be a bit difficult if you don't come from a health care background. Always ask questions and also keep an eye out for new articles to educate yourself.
