Pros

There is opportunity to advance yes. Why? Because everyone else in front of you hates their job and their employer and eventually leaves. The only other good thing I have to say is you get a lot of holidays off in comparison to most companies.

Cons

They truly work you to the bone, pay you the bare minimum. Their slogan one year was “Nobody cares work harder” they were proud of that and printed it on a shirt for the whole company to wear. That should give you all the context you need. Work life balance? Never heard of it. If a manager doesn’t like you, start looking for a new job or your day to day will start feeling like an attack. I felt the need to comment because I noticed they received a bad review and then obviously instructed a current employee to balance it out. It’s ridiculous, be a better company and get better reviews but again nobody at HH Redstone cares, they said it themselves.

Pros

The company takes care of you and there’s room for advancement as it’s a younger student housing company. Corporate managers are understanding and listen to issues. On site managers are also great.

Cons

Due to it being a younger company a lot of stuff is still getting worked out but it gets better each year. Summers are busy for apartment turn overs. Not much time to take vacations or days off through out the summer but this is due to the properties being student housing and given lots of time to take off outside of the turnover season.

Pros

I sat trying to think of some but honestly, very few come to mind.

Cons

-Poorly maintained properties due to underspend on upkeep and repairs -Bullies within management -Truly abhorrent working conditions at times and a yearly 2 weeks of slave labor they call "Turn" -Non-existant work/life balance -Extremely disorganized policies and procedures
