Country manager was cool, good health care. Thats pretty much it the turn over rate in this place is too high

Wrking in Jamaica for them you are only paid a fraction of what u would make if you were working in the US.. eg. The avg care rep gets about 10 to 12 USD per hour in the states keeping in mind that a care rep is the lowest level of staff. In the Jamaica offices Team Leads make 500 JMD per hour which is equal to less than 5 USD beacuse the exchange rate is about 114JMD to 1USD. So u will see that the highest level staff in the Jamaica office gets paid less than a care rep in the US office. There is no loyalty to long serving employees, you will be fired for the simplest of things if you are not like by managers. Its not a company to build a career in.. if ur in school then it can help with some bills but u cant support a family of this kinda pay.. at least not in Jamaica.
