Pros
This is the best company I've worked for the past 10 years, salary not too high compare to other companies but if you are an agent you will surely enjoy a lot of additional benefit and bonuses. Company has annual salary increase which is mainly based in your personal performance.
Cons
Low salary for support and very slow career growth. There's too much politics when you get promoted if you don't go with the flow you will surely not be able to cope.
