The atmosphere here is great, everyone gets along and is willing to help one another to reach each others goals. It is much like a family here at HG Logistics. You will come here and laugh, but everyone knows when its time to handle business as well. Everyone here is willing to help you reach your goal. Everyone wants to see you succeed here. There is not another place that is like this. Truly one of a kind. I would recommend this company to anyone.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN APART OF. There is so much drama, no true leadership, the manager is older and completely useless with technology. The company still has file cabinets, reliable on paper for everything, and the manager goes around bashing people when they are sick or not around. I have probably only seen the owner twice since working here. There are like maybe 2 real sales people, everyone else is there leeching off house accounts that are passed around to favorites. Total joke of a business and they are always involved in lawsuits so there is no money to use on employees.
