      1- Smart Team 2- Very good culture 3- work life balance

      1- It is not aggressive technology company so It not suitable for young people. It may be not bad thing for mid career people. 2- There is no clear plan for the teams (especially in transit period between Nokia and German car manufacture companies.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.
