      Pros

      Edzard is a great CEO. The vision he has for the company is the right one for a company with top competitors in the space. Steering the company towards a platform org. is the right move, however, I don't think some VPs, Directors and managers don't share the same courage, ambition and drive to move the company forward

      Cons

      Poor leadership of some individuals, not all of them. Also, not that many opportunities to move to a new role. HERE has barely adopted the new normal. Should consider more the Work From Home approach. The salary is way below the market

      Pros

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
