Pros
Solid place to work when things are good. Actual product with good technology backing. Nice severance package for layoffs.
Cons
Regular, poorly planned layoffs. They laid off 300+ people in the US and Europe in late 2019 then realized they were short staffed to run the business. Had recruiters contacting my teammates and I, who had been laid off 2 months prior, to recruit us for the roles we had just left. Strong drive to backfill attrition with positions in India and South America to save money.
