      Pros

      Used to have a generous 401K but not anymore. Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Very negative culture, lots of incompetent people in middle management trying to protect their jobs and most of them have no technical experience. - Lots of restuctre and re-orgs over the past 4 years that left the company paralyzed with creative people leaving. - Management have zero trust in their engineers - Old tech compared to other companies in the same domain - HR people taking executive jobs

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
