I worked here for a number of years and while change is generally good for companies, the changes made here were as if they couldn't make up their mind. After changing values/culture 3 different times in a 5yr span, it starts to becomes the thing you don't value. Employees are overworked. Top management is so concerned with strategy they have no clue what their employees do. They don't value their employees, nor are they able to celebrate their achievements. I speak from my experiences, so other teams in the company may be better.
