Management by cost containment by people who don't understand industry due to limited experience. Inexplicable, even contradictory decisions by leadership never get explained. Even good decisions don't. Most decisions are presented as accept it or get out. They request input and then go on to ignore it, so it seems to be mostly window-dressing. The talk is much better than the walk with the current management team. Culture was once exceptional, now muddied by unclear responsibilities and future direction.
