Management does not care about how hard you work and your work is not reward HERE unless you related or a favorite of the higher ups. They spend more time year after convincing you of big change to the company, what they don't tell you the changes year after year they cutting your jobs and outsourcing it .. If you have a family this is not a stable place to work.
