      Pros

      "The People" were great and bright and really care about their work, Good vacation time and personal time, plus volunteer time off. Cutting edge company, doing some really exciting work.

      Cons

      Too many buy outs caused so much change and lost a lot of great people that really cared about their job and the company. Moral is super low and people are being stretched to do too much.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
