      Pros

      Comparing with other insurance company I guess HDFC Life is much better in HR policies and there is no teams call or unnecessary meetings out of office hours.

      Cons

      No conveyance allowance or any other allowances other than the salary which is really unexpected and my L1 manager was weak in every aspect and affected the overall performance
